I'm about to start building about 10 affiliate sites, what subject areas would you reccommend?

Something like mobile phones is perhaps obvious but there must be eavy competition, any emerging markets that you think would be worth exploring? food perhaps?

I would honestly say its best to look at what you know. This way you can create sites with your view on the matter, instead of guessing about topic's you don't know alot about.
